I have a degree in Psychology and I am also trained in Mindfulness and Positive Psychology. 

Originally from the UK, I am an eternal expat having lived in countries such as Spain, Norway, Sweden and now in Belgium. I speak English and Swedish fluently.

The job titles I have had range from IT Consultant to waitress, from bookseller to air hostess to journalist, just to mention a few.

My passions are the human mind, travel, and photography. And nourishing my endless curiousity with further education.
